Christos Sarmaniotis

Χρήστος Σαρμανιώτης
Christos Sarmaniotis is Professor in the department of Marketing at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, Dean of the School of Business Administration and Economics and Director of the MBA program.

He graduated from the University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece, and continued his studies in Canada, where he received his Master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Concordia University. In 1991 he received his Ph.D. in Marketing from the department of Economics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Christos Sarmaniotis has substantial professional experience in business as executive and consultant. Moreover, he has taught Management and Marketing in a great number of training programs organized by private companies and other institutions. His fields of interest are various topics of Marketing and Management.

Christos Sarmaniotis is author of many papers in scientific journals and in proceedings of national and international conferences. His work has received a lot of citations in the related scientific literature. He is also a reviewer in various scientific journals and conferences. He is the author of the book entitled “Management: An Integrated Approach”, Zygos Publications, 2012. Moreover, he is President and co-Chair of the International Conference on Contemporary Marketing Issues (ICCMI) 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
